Banana bread

Three ripe bananas Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
 Combine:
 Two cups flour
 One and one half tsp baking powder
 One tsp salt
Set aside if you like. I just added dry onto my wet.
Mix wet ingredients:
 Blend one stick room temp butter
 half cup sour cream.or Greek yogurt
 Half cup brown sugar
half cup white sugar
 Mix in two eggs
 one.tsp vanilla
mash in each of the three bananas peeled.
mix in a separate bowl.One half tsp baking soda blend with lemon juice to mix in last

 I like to use a fork you can do this in separate bowl if u like I'm splitting into two pans one with senisweet choclate and two tblspoons  peanut butter( I used crunchy) but i think i should have used creamy, and added a tblspoon of milk.
In the  Other pan one half cup frozen bluberries Bake for one hour and ten min. Until knife comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
 For honey butter combine one stick soft butter with two tbl of honey.

Peanut Butter chocolate banana bread

I could do without baking soda i can taste it! i noticed a cupcake recipe that mixed baking soda separate with lemon juice. I tried that with this but i think its important to have fresh baking soda.

the recipes i was looking at while baking today are the following three:
Ingredients
1stick of room temp butter and grease pan with butter
1 1/2 c all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 large very ripe bananas
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c chopped pecans
 bake 350 F in 9 by 5 by 3 in loaf pan

recipe #2
3 very ripe bananas
1/2c peanut butter
1/4 c oil
1egg
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c brown sugar
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
8 oz bag of receese mini cups
bake 350 8 by 4 pan bake one hour ten min.

recipe #3
2c flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 c shortening (ewe)
1 c sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 medium bananas mashe
1 cup fresh blueberries do not thaw before adding to batter
 pour in 2 9 by 5 loaf pans bake 350 for 35 min small pan or 45 min large pan. cool 10 min.
