Date bar sugar free

One cup dates pureed
One cup raw almonds pureed in food processor
One cup hazelnuts ground up in food processor

Combine first ingredients press.into coconut oil greased pan
Middle layer
One cup dates
2 heaping tablespoons of almond butter
Pinch of kosher salt
Puree until.creamy
Press onto bottom layer and refrigerate
Top layer
1/2 c coconut.oil melted
1/2 cocoa powder
I added two tbl almond milk and
1tbl Greek.yogurt
1 tbl honey to make chocolate creamy and sweet
Spread chocolate layer.over the top and refrigerate for an.hour or.until firm cut.into squares

Turkey veggie soup

Saute one chopped onion in olive oil
One clove peeled chopped garlic
Salt n peppar
Two carrots chopped
One whole celery heart chopped leaves in also
Sliced cabbage
Saute all the veggies add some broth to deglaze the pan.
I roasted a turkey the night before then boiled the carcass with bones in water to make broth. I let it cool in the fridge overnight to remove all the meat for the soup and sandwiches.
I filled the pan of sauteed veggies with water about six to eight cups of water let simmer a few hours add the turkey and top with parsley.

Homemade hot fudge sauce

In  Double boiler or saucepan
Melt one cube butter
Melt 1/4 cup bitter sweet chocolate
I used half cocoa powder (got lumpy)
One can sweetened condensed milk
(Called for threw cups sugar! )I used
one cup sugar
I brought to a simmer almost boiled over stirring(thinking would cook sugar making it thicken) about 3-5 min stirring
As it cooled it thickens more

Black bean brownie

One can rinsed black beans
1/4 c cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla
4 tbl.organic butter
1/8 salt
3 eggs
Chopped bittersweet chocolate or 70%
Puree beans in food processor combine ingredients

Bake 350 in greased pan 30-40 min

Sugar free granola bars

2.cups whole oats
1cup whole wheat flour
2tbl coconut oil
1tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup coconut palm sugar
1/3 cup honey
2tbl butter melted pour top clear part in
1/2 tsp salt
1tsp baking soda arm n hammer not expired
1/4 c raw almonds
1/4 c dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup peanut butter can use almond
Blend in food processor, its crumbly I kneades together into dough pressing into greased pan shaping as a square. Bake 350 for 20 min

Truffle

1/3 c raisins processed.in food processor
1/3 c creamy peanut butter or almond
1/3 c dark chocolate chips
Process all top ingredients together to make a dough roll.into balls
Roll.in
1/3 c sesame seeds. Or wheat germ
Set in.fridge two.hours to.firm up

Asian. Salad

Cut. Up 1/3 of head green ans purple cabbage
Jicama
Sugar snap peas
Madarin oranges
Sprouts
Three leaves chopped kale
Three carrots shreded

Dressing
Toasted sesame seeds
Clove mashed garlic
Splash soy sauce
2 tbl sesame oil
Lime squeeze
3tbl olive oil
Shredded peeled.ginger
Salt peppar
Red peppar flake if needed
Let sit an half hour
For.chicken marinade chicken breast a few hours in pineapple juice
Onion
Clove diced peeled garlic
Splash of soy sauce
Salt and peppar

Heat up pan with clove of mashed garlic 1 tbl butter and 2 tbl olive oil sautee marinaded chicken cut up peices stirring ocasionally
I poured in some pineapple juice soy and salt n peppar with sprouts and ginger while it cooks
Dress salad and stir
Place warm chicken on top and serve
