Chocolate.cupcake with cough dough frosting

Chocolate cupcakes with cookie dough frosting

Ingredients
Cupcake
  (1 stick) butter softened
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour ( I used one cup flour and 1/2 c whole wheat pastry flour with 1/4 of oats)
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking soda  arm and hammer
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup buttermilk ( made it with 1% milk and 1tbl of vinegar)
1/2 cup coffee warm
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

cream butter and sugar together with eggs and vanilla
combine dry ingredients
fold into wet adding milk and coffee gradually
scoop into cupcake lines bake at 350 for 20 min use a toothpick in center comes out clean let cool


Frosting to set in fridge to harden for scooping on after cupcakes are cooled.
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough cupcake frosting!

1/2 cup butter, room temperature
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour I used half whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup dark chocolate chips
Use an electric mixer to beat butter and sugars together until fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Mix in peanut butter, vanilla and milk. Stir in flour and salt and mix by hand until incorporated. Add in extra milk to thin, if needed. Stir in chocolate chips set in fridge to firm up.

Breakfast cookie

Two mashed bananas
2/3 c applesauce unsweetened
One cup old fashion oats
1/2 tsp salt
1tsp vanilla
.1tsp cinnamon can add nutmeg .cloves
1/2 tsp ginger
1/3 cup.unsweetened shredded coconut
1/3 c ground almond raw
1/2 c peanut butter or almond
1/3 c dark chocolate chips
Mash into doughbake 350 for 20 Min grease your pan they stick!

One cup garbanzo beans I used canned
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 tbl honey
2 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Puree in food processor

Whole wheat.pizza

Trader Joes dough from Mary

I cooked turkey sausage and two peices of turkey bacon
Drizzled olive oil in pan and pushes in dough
I spread artichoke dressing over dough and garlic salt
Sliced mozerella
Spinach

Green peppers
Red onion
Drizzle with olive oil bake 425 for 20 min

Sugar free flour free granola bar hearts

12 Bars (I used a 3 inch plastic heart cookie cutter)
3 dates, pitted and chopped
 ¼ cup almond butter
 ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
 ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
 1 ½ teaspoons almond extract
1 ½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract
 ¼ cup raw almonds chopped
2 cups old fashioned oats
 ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
½ cup cranberries
Cover dates in water 1 hour or up to 4 hours.
Drain dates and combine them with almond butter, applesauce, almond milk, cinnamon, cocoa powder, almond and vanilla extract in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Transfer mixture to small bowl
press into cutter lifting up
bake at 350 for 20 min
on parchment or greased foil or pan
let cool before wrapping to store up to three weeks
