Smore cupcake

Rthe chocolate cake
2 cups sugar
1¾ whole.wheat flour
¾ cup . cocoa powder
3/4 cup cornstarch
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
½ cup vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
Sift dry ingredients
Boil water while mixing eggs.oil and sugar with vanilla add wet to dry slowly, and pour in boiling water will be runny. Scrape down the sides.

Bake350 in liners half full 20 min
Prepare frosting let 4 egg whites come to room temp
Whip with 1 tsp cream of tarter
While egg whites whip to stiff
Cook one cup.of sugar in a saucepan with 4 tbl of water let cook  too softball stage on candy thermometer.  Sowly pour hot sugar into whites and whip 5 min. Add one tsp.vanilla
Dollop onto cupcakes and torch edges for toasted marshmelow top.
