Carrot cake.for Kens birthday

For cream cheese icing
I whipped one.cube softened.salted.butter
One.cube softened cream.cheese
Two pound bag powdered sugar
One.tsp.vanilla
Milk
I whip the butter and cream cheese until fluffy then stop the mixer and add powdered sugar slowly blend and add the milk and vanilla whip  until sticks to sides scrap down with the mixer off and whip until desired consistency.
