Blackberry pie

One cup of sugar for every four cups of berries
or two sandwich baggies full
one tablespoon of lemon juice

rinse berries and let sit with lemon juice and sugar
no need to stir will get juicy

in separate coffee mug or bowl mix 1/3 cup constartch with cold water
stirring out chunks. will be watery

pour over berries in microwavable bowl microwave 5 minutes or until the constartch makes the juice thicken no need to mix very much

I  buy the pillbury dough ready made crust and freeze until i need it. Or use aunt bernitas no fail crust
1 1/2 c crisco
1tsp salt
1TBL water
1TBL vinegar
1TBl sugar
3cups flour
1 egg
heavy cream on top

unroll the dough and put a layer of dogh on the bottom of pan.
fill the filling .
cut up a half cube of butter all over the top.
unroll the next layer of dough and put over top put extra peices in chunks inside the pie.
sprinkle with sugar on top and slice a few holes in the top for bubbling.
over put a cookie sheet with foil under the pie bake about on hour or until brown at 350. eat with ice cream
