Samoan coconut Rolls.for Nicole

1 package (or 2 and ¼teaspoon) activedry yeast

1 cup warm milk

¼ cup  sugar

½teaspoon salt

1 egg,

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 cupsall-purpose flour or bread flour I used my dough option on my bread machine and let rise it tripled size.
I rolled on floured surface and rolled then sliced. Making like s cinnamon roll but no filling. I placed rolls in glass greased dish and let rise with a towel over top.
Once rolls doubled in size 30 min. I mixed a coconut sauce. I had to poke dough to make room for milk..
1/2 can coconut milk
.1/2 can water
1/2 cup sugar. Let sit to dissolve sugar I think ill warm up next time.
Pour over rolls and bake at 350 for 20+25 min
