Carrot muffin

1 &1/2c flour
3 tbl cornstarch
1 tbl baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Mix in separate bowl dry

In mixer blend two eggs
2/3 c oil
1 cup sugar
Mix with
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup pureed pineapple
1 cup carrot salad ( shredded carrots , almond chopped, raisin)
Bake in 350 muffin 20 min
