Cheesecake Vanilla bean with Carmel sauce

Two cups chocolate Graham cracker crumbs 1/4 c flour 1 tsp of sugar
One cube melted butter
Mash with fork preheat oven to 325
Press crust into pan
1/2 cup heavy cream heat in pan steep vanilla bean after scraping out the bean
Combine a cup of sugar with two packages of cream cheese until creamy in.mixer
Until smooth
Add one egg at a time scraping down sides of.mixer
Add cream combine.until no lumps
Bake 55 min to an hour
I tried some in silicone cupcake on a sheet in water
For topping to add last ten minutes
Let cool in oven door open one hour
Refrigerate four hours

Carmel sauce
One sugar stir in pan tbl water
One cup.cream two tbl butter let bubble and whisk I let it bubble up and stir down took a long time like 30 min not very brown. But very creamy and good
