Asian. Salad

Cut. Up 1/3 of head green ans purple cabbage
Jicama
Sugar snap peas
Madarin oranges
Sprouts
Three leaves chopped kale
Three carrots shreded

Dressing
Toasted sesame seeds
Clove mashed garlic
Splash soy sauce
2 tbl sesame oil
Lime squeeze
3tbl olive oil
Shredded peeled.ginger
Salt peppar
Red peppar flake if needed
Let sit an half hour
For.chicken marinade chicken breast a few hours in pineapple juice
Onion
Clove diced peeled garlic
Splash of soy sauce
Salt and peppar

Heat up pan with clove of mashed garlic 1 tbl butter and 2 tbl olive oil sautee marinaded chicken cut up peices stirring ocasionally
I poured in some pineapple juice soy and salt n peppar with sprouts and ginger while it cooks
Dress salad and stir
Place warm chicken on top and serve
