Puff Pastry from scratch
3 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt we omitted because butter was salted
3 1/2 tbl nutter we used a whole bbox softened salted butter all together
1 - 1 1/12 cup freezing water
16 oz butter the whole box of four cubes or two cups
4 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt we omited
1/2 cup flour
she made the bread
Folding the dough and rolling out several times layering the butter! Her plan is to make beef wellington!
She refrigerated the dough for 20 min intervals rolling out on floured surface and refolding several times up to 10 times!
