Peanut butter cupcakes


Peanut Butter butter
cupcakes

3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter, room temperature 3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour or cake flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
Cream butters n sugar with eggs add other dry ingredients. Bake 350 for 20 min let cool

Frosting
Ingredients:
2 cups creamy peanut butter I used one
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, at room temperature
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
t 1/4 cup heavy cream.. I used 8-9 tbl milk
Cream butters and vanilla
Add powdered sugar gradually add milk to desired consistency
